DISC BAG | NOT JUST A LABEL | THE SHOP

DISC BAG | NOT JUST A LABEL | THE SHOP

a cool white minimal accessory just begging me to buy it & give it a good home.
will it hold all my stuff - lets face it, no. But will it make me carry less on the important occasions that I might use this bag, yes it would.

my first iris

Think of all the things that are named Iris & look at this one, this one is all mine.
Planted years ago and never flowered until this week
It makes me feel like I've won a special gardening medal, the my iris flowered medal, except the flower itself is that medal, just seeing it makes me enormously happy and proud its in my garden, gracing me with its glorious presence

Pretty Peonies

In blossom in a garden near you. Sweet sweet peonies. Full, heavy, redolent with english summertime, just lie back and inhale their sweet dreamy fragrance.

Charlotte's web

The lovely talented Ms Gainsbourg's song turned into a window concieved by the self same woman. A beautifully plaintive heart yearningly soulful song & it sounds as it looks, looks as it sounds as a window installation.

the last of the Tulips

Try painting these - & you wouldnt do such an amazing job, try putting these colours together & it wouldnt look so good, so instead of trying anything, just look at the complete beauty in each petal

a good shoe moment

The magic moment of receiving new shoes, it never pales.
Opening the plain brown box and finding its glossy yellow interior really helped that moment along, followed by digging under a few layers of bubble wrap to get to and & open the Converse box - it really was a shoe moment when I finally got to my brand new Converse high tops!

My first online purchase from Selfridges was a good shoe moment

      Daffs

As well as planting tulip bulbs I also planted a few daffodils late last year ....
Although over now, since early April the garden was been full of them, over flowing yellowness & joy

      Shedtastic

did you ever want a shed at the end of your garden?

well I did & now I have one!
I do kinda wish I'd done it years ago. It is shedtastic indeed.
Plus it somehow completes the garden (although it still needs some landscaping)

      Tulips

Back in Sept/Oct last year I almost gave up half way through planting all the bulbs I bought, but now looking at them, I'm so so glad I kept on at it. I must have planted close to 200 tulip bulbs & just look at them now.
