The glory of some Grenson brogues

Once, a long long time ago, I owned a gorgeous pair of tan Doctor Martin brogues, that I bought in a sale in Belfast for some silly amount like a tenner. 

I wore them to death, I wore them all summer and winter and much as I loved them, I can't remember what happened to them except I was sad at their ending. 
Ever since I have silently longed for a replacement.
Then I found these, or maybe they found me....

Can you believe I bought these in Oct last year and I still haven't worn them?

Blame the colour of them, blame the weather since then, blame my lack of fashion welly &  boldness in not just putting them on my feet come rain or shine......
